HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- General HR Management;
- Control of HR recordkeeping (2 specialist);
- Full control of recruitment process in a Company;
- Staff motivation, C&B;
- Management and implementation of trainings for staff;
- Staff evaluation process;
- Solving different HR related issues on daily basis;
- HR analysis and implementation of digital HR process;
- Timely update of HR corporate policies;
- Monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years in HR management in production company (necessarily);
- Knowledge of Labor Codes and HR recordkeeping;
- High communication and problem solving skills;
- Stress management and multitasking;
- Strong leadership skills.
