HR manager

Turkish pharmaceutical company, drug developer and manufacturer is looking for HR manager, location: Almaty. 

Main objectives: 

• Construction and optimization of all HR processes: selection, adaptation, motivation, evaluation, development, formation of corporate culture.

 • Conducting an analysis of existing HR processes. 

• Development and implementation of HR strategy.

 • Formation of the organizational structure. 

• Management of key performance indicators of HR processes. 

• Development of the company's HR brand. 

• Supervision of HR administration 

Requirements: 

• Relevant experience as HRM/ HRD/ HRBP for more than 3-6 years in an international company (with a staff of over 300+);

 • Fluent English.

 • Good Communications and Interpersonal skills.
