Government Relations Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Support in building relations and interaction with representatives of state authorities to protect and promote the Company business interests;
- Official draft Letters & documents preparation to the public authorities; sending and its tracking with follow up: Ministries, Presidential Admin, Parliament, Government, etc.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a manager / senior manager in GR field (preferably in IT/ Telecom / Technology area) or in the relevant government bodies;
- Higher education in the fields of law, political science, economics, public administration, technology;
- Excellent knowledge of the structure and functioning of government bodies; In-depth understanding of the mechanisms of government decision-making in the relevant industry;
- Proven experience of successful interaction and the presence of strong established personal connections with contacts in the relevant Federal Ministries and public authorities;
- Ability to establish trusting relationships and build long-term communications;
- Excellent written communication skills (business correspondence with the state authorities);
- Public speaking and negotiation skills;
- Fluent communication in English.
