Regional Business Line Manager Rock Drilling Tools (BLM RGD), Central Asia and Mongolia (European company - mining equipment manufacturer)
Responsibilities:
· Develope marketing plans and activities in cooperation with the Product Company/Division;
· Key account management and development;
· Implement actions that result in sales and profitable growth that are in line with overall company objectives and goals;
· Collaboration with other divisions of the Customer Service Center, including the spare parts and Servicesdepartment;
· Develop a product rangeto include value-added products such as CPM (price per meter);
· Development and maintenanceof a product strategy withinthe product range;
· Responsibility for the balancesheet indicators related tothe operation.
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of experience with mining customers/companies in sales, marketing and/or service;
· Good understanding of the mining and construction customer segment and their applications;
· Good knowledge of Rock Drilling tools equipment and their application;
· University degree preferably in Civil, Mining or Geology Engineering or similar through experience;
· Commercial and/or financial training is an advantage;
· English level – proficiency;
· Self-starter, sales driven and results-oriented with a positive approach and a clear focus on high quality sales, customer satisfaction & loyalty and business profit.
