Quality control service implemented by our specialists includes the measurement and quality control of the products produced in a certain time interval. All the control measures carried out by our employees are agreed with the customer and are aimed at ensuring a stable level of quality of the products produced by the customer.
Elements of quality control are agreed with the customer before the start of the project (e.g., checking the picture, paint, stitches, weight, cracks and so on). If a defect is found, we put the substandard product off and then operate according to an algorithm agreed with the customer. A round-the-clock schedule is available, if necessary.
Compliance with GMP and 5S standards allows to control the quality of output goods not only at the final stage, but also at each production stages.
