HR process manager (optimization/automotization)

Our client is a big international company, Consumer Electronics producer. One of the market leaders. 

Responsibilities:

• interviews with centers of excellence in HR (Hr Admin, C&B, TA, TM, etc.); 
• description of process ''as is'' and development of ''to be''; 
• interaction with IT specialists to develop SAP HR and other apps. 

Requirements: 

• higher education; 
• experience in HR as in-house or consulting project manager, process optimization manager, process analyst and so on; 
• Upper-Intermediate English.
