Tender Assistant for OneMed Latvia
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in sales, analytics or business administation field
- Education in office management, business administration, analytics or similar
- Diligence, honesty, trustworthiness, problem-solving ability and self-starting mindset
- Desire to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Fluent Latvian in speech and writing
- Very good English in speech and writing
- Proper MsOffice, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook skills
Main tasks:
- Prepare and maintain documentation for public procurements and other sales offers
- Analyse tender and sales info, provide input for internal processes
- Assist Sales Managers with back-office and organisational tasks
- Help offer great customer service and solve issues
- Learn, develop and grow according to the needs of evolving medical company
Useful to have:
- Previous similar work experience
- Knowledge of the medical field
- Sufficient spoken Russian
