Sales and Product manager
Requirements for candidate:
Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the annual sales and profit targets of OneMed SIA and reports to Region Manager Baltics. As a local team leader you will co-ordinate and perform sales activities, manage customer contracts and improve internal processes.
- Business experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare or similar field
- Higher education in related field or business administration
- Diligence, honesty, trustworthiness, problem-solving ability and self-starting mindset
- Desire to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Fluent Latvian in speech and writing
- Very good English in speech and writing
- Proper MsOffice, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook skills
- Category B driver's licence and readiness for mobile work across Latvia, with occasional meetings abroad.
Useful to have:
- Previous similar work experience
- Knowledge of the medical field
- Sufficient spoken Russian
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain great customer relationships
- Learn OneMed’s product specifics and benefits, analyse and know competitors
- Organise customer visits, product trainings, distribute products for trial use
- Assess client needs and develop relevant product offers and public tenders
- Develop additional sales channels and business opportunities
- Manage contracts and solve customer issues
- Learn, develop and grow according to the needs of evolving medical company
