IT Recruiter
Tasks
- participation in client meetings in order to figure out client's needs;
- screening candidates applications;
- sourcing;
- providing a shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients.
Requirements
- knowledge of Estonian language (C1);
- knowledge of English language (B2);
- at least 2 years of work experience as IT Recruiter;
- solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- technical expertise of IT field in order to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Beneficial
knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
