Quality Manager
Requirements for candidate:
- Higher education (industry, technical);
- A systematic approach to solving any problems;
- Work experience in similar positions (in terms of functionality) at a manufacturing enterprise at least 5 years;
- Ability to train and motivate specialists;
- Experience of working with auditors from customers and from certifying bodies (obtaining permits, approvals, Tubes of BRC, ISO certificates);
- Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian. Knowledge of English or German will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares for certification for compliance with ISO 9001 and BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials, and for subsequent periodic inspection control;
- Carries out interactions with certification bodies and consulting firms on issues related to the quality management system (QMS), certification, product life cycle assessment;
- Develops, implements and controls the implementation of administrative and regulatory documents of the QMS;
- Develops a plan and programs for internal audits of the QMS;
- Prepares for external audits of the QMS, develops corrective measures to eliminate the causes of nonconformities and organizes their implementation;
- Organizes external inspections of Certification Bodies;
- Prepares reports on the conducted external and internal audits;
- Carries out the collection and systematization of information necessary for the analysis of the QMS by top management;
- Analyzes information and draws up reports on the functioning of the QMS processes and the effectiveness of the QMS as a whole;
- Provides training for internal auditors of the company;
- Provides training for the company's employees on issues related to the requirements of ISO 9001 and BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials and the requirements of the QMS documentation;
- Carries out investigations of the reasons for the delivery of non-conforming products, collects information on received claims and complaints from consumers, generates a report;
- Collects information for making claims to suppliers for raw materials;
- Carries out control over the observance of cleanliness and order at workplaces in the laboratory of the Quality Control Department, at production sites and warehouses.
