Обязанности:
Execution of launch activations under the brand of responsibility
- Development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans
- Marketing budget & P&L
- Following the market dynamics with research reports,
- Execution of brand digital strategies with a high digital
savvy and follow digital media in the market.
- Execution of the advertising strategies (both ATL&BTL) and
creating campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor
activities to increase the market share
- Following of the annual sales & marketing budgets and
competition in the market
- full NPD cycle crafting/management.
Требования к опыту:
• University degree and preferably MBA in Marketing discipline
•3-5 + years of working experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG sector
• Experience in Central Asia would be great, but at least KZK operational knowledge is a must
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English fluently, additional languages welcomed
• Team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies
• Needs to have good interpersonal & influencing skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• The ambitious position holder should be self-initiative and needs to have passion
• Dynamic professional with strong communication skills
• A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets
• Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure, with high frustration tolerance
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
