Lead Engineer (water treatment, international company)

Обязанности:
Applies engineering skill to solve complex problems utilizing knowledge of customers, markets, and technologies. 

Schedules and coordinates major segments of complex projects to meet cost and time objectives. 

Reviews design and documentation to ensure compliance with design criteria and standards. 

Conducts feasibility studies, determines manpower and cost estimates, and develops engineering criteria. 

May initiate and lead an engineering technology/capability/program development to deliver key business initiatives.

Activities lead to innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products, processes, systems or methods having major importance to the business. 

Directs the technical work of others and manages engineering activities. 

Have full professional competence to manage one or more engineering projects concurrently, with emphasis on in-depth technical contribution. 

May guide or train lower-level engineers. 

Actively participates in project planning by demonstrating knowledge of project management tools and techniques on cross-functional teams. 

Normally reports to Engineering Manager.

Требования к опыту:
Education: Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering Degree 

Fluency in English is a must 

Minimum 5 years or more years of directly related engineering experience 

Strong commercial mindset and financial acumen 

Able to manage conflict and job-related pressure 

Problem-solving skills 

Ability and willingness to travel 50% of time 

AutoCAD preferred
