IT Business Partner

Responsibilities: 

• Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications for above Digital Initiatives;
• Conceptualization & implementation of Business Solutions leveraging Digital Technology platforms to meet business requirements; 
• Conceptualization and implementation of new business models using Digital Technologies; 
• Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Benefit Realization.
  
  Requirements: 
• Higher IT education;
• At least 4 years of working experience as IT Manager or Project Manager;
• Hands-on experience on 1C, SAP, Learning, Collaboration & Employee engagement platforms and processes will be an added advantage; 
• Experience in Application architecture and integration techniques; 
• Business Requirements gathering ,process detailing and scope definition for all cross-functional projects;  
• English at least advanced level; 
• Work experience in SAP Business One, Business Process Reengineering.
