Area Sales Manager, Шымкент
Обязанности:
• Reach monthly, quarterly sales plans;
• Lead distributors to improve interactions and increase sales;
• Lead accounting of advertising and coolers, make sure they are effectively placed in sales areas;
• Lead negotiations with key customers, search for ways and opportunities to increase sales;
• Need go on routes together with sales team to control and train them in outlets;
• Arrange and run registration of sales points (EOS) once in two years;
• Track competitors, explore the market, and if so needed, report to the management about opportunities to further promote Company products, as well as about external threats;
• In cooperation with distributors and sales supervisors, make plans to develop the business cope with shortcomings in distributors’ performance;
• Regularly visits customers and negotiate with them to improve interaction and increase Sales and RED (Right Execution Value) score.

Requirements:
• University degree
• Work experience: at least 2 years in sales management
• People management experience, negotiations skills
Skills and expertise:
• The competition law
• Instructions, provisions, orders and other managerial and normative documents regulating the product sales
• Specifications of the sales department and development programs
• Progressive forms and methods of sales
• Terms of concluding sales contracts and filling necessary documents
• Market state
• Language skills: English Language - Intermediate and above
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office user
