Health & Safety Supervisor
Position Summary:
- Legal compliance occupational health and safety regulations.
- Control the HSE risks.
- Team management (3-5 people).
- Develop and implement internal documentation (policies, standards, procedures, instructions, etc)
- Plan employee trainings to improve the workplace's safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements related to occupational health and safety.
- Create, and implement local legal and internal standards of an occupational health and safety programs.
- Always be in touch with the auditors and regulatory agencies during the audits and legal inspections.
- In order to put improvement measures into place, analyze occupational health and safety data to find trends, flaws in the system, and the true causes of incidents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years’ experience in several positions in a manufacturing field
- English language (min Upper-Intermediate level)
- Deep knowledge of local legal HSE regulations
- Expertise in Industrial Safety
- Good knowledge and understanding of ISO45001
- Ability to prioritize the tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to create presentations in order to trasfer the formal information effectibely
- Ability to professionally and effectively solve problems
- High level of communication skills in order to process the issues to all levels in most proper way
