Head of Ice Cream

Main objectives:  Preparation of a strategic development plan Search for business partners and purchasers, as well as work with existing ones. Analysis of consumer activity in the region. Control and collection of weekly reports from all partners with further analysis of sales. Analysis of the obtained market data in the region and the development of strategic plans for the promotion of goods and services of the company. Carrying out calculations of the funds necessary for conducting marketing activities, analysis and control of the spent funds provided to the distributor for conducting marketing activities. Analysis and monitoring of the distributor's monthly, quarterly, annual and additional procurement and sales plans, timely informing the distributor of current performance indicators Search for business partners and customers. Organization of the exchange of contacts between the distributor and the new client after calling the company’s Call-center and forwarding to the regional representative. Management of trade teams, analysis of their work and control of training. Conducting presentations and trainings on the new range and monitoring the presence of new products in retail outlets. Regular joint visits and independent audit of outlets to analyze the work of the supervisor, sales representative. Gather feedback and suggestions from customers on the work of the distributor. Annual control of the monitoring of distributors, training of sales teams and updating the address program. Regular visits to the entrusted regions in accordance with the travel plan compiled at the beginning of the year. If necessary, an unscheduled visit to the regions. Coordination of contractual activities in the field of supply of products, equipment, advertising materials and financial issues of the company in the region. Development of plans to increase revenues in the fixed territory, including the development and control of local activities, the motivation of sales teams, etc. Monitoring the pricing policy of similar products on the market. Organization and control of pricing.
