Responsibilities:

• SAP routine operations
• Invoice translations
• Financial reporting
  

Warehouse operations

• Management of storage locations as per requirements
• Sticker process management (order of stickers, labour planning)
• SHE
• Stock counting & reporting (quarterly)
• 3P/CM operations
• Sharing forecasts & orders
• Auditing of production
• Invoice management between 3P & UL
• Product quality tracking and auditing
• Transition management (e.g. any changes in products)
• Supplier finance tracking (e.g. logistics, customs, warehouse, certifications)
• Supporting teams (e.g. internal/external customers, customs)
  
  Requirements:
  •University graduate
  •Fluency in English & Russian
  •Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  •Strong analytic thinking & problem solving
  •Decision making
  •Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (esp. Excel)
  •SAP knowledge is an advantage
