Customer service specialist

Обязанности:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing high-level service to both internal and external customers to reach maximum customer satisfaction level;
- Handling customer requests through ecommerce and emails;
- Working with E-deliveries (SNT) and E-invoices (ESF) on government portal;
- Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team;
- Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfilment team to improve delivery and stock performance;
- Managing data quality in SAP;
- Improvement of sales processes (order management; delivery; invoicing… etc.)

Требования к опыту:
Background and skills:
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics or similar technical field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong Russian, English is a must (at least intermediate level), Kazakh is a big plus;
- Experience in SAP is a plus;
A good team player with a customer-focused mindset
