Customer Manager for Energy (Oil&Gas) markets/Менеджер по развитию бизнеса
Обязанности:
· Manages sales to direct accounts and distribution channels with the key objective on value growth in alignment to the sales/marketing plan.
· Utilizes the local account team to manage customer needs and solutions.
· Manages account portfolios - prepares and implements account plans.
· Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
· Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
· Generates and executes on new projects. This will require a strong teamwork and partnership with Marketing, Business Development and Technical members”
· Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
· Leads/conducts negotiations and implements price changes.
· Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
· Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
· Delivers business growth in Energy segments focusing on value selling
· Understands the advantages and disadvantages of different business models as they relate to strategy.
Требования к опыту:
Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (Gubkin Russian State University of Oil & Gas preferred). Additional Economics/Business Administration degrees are of advantage
· Minimum 5 years of work experience in market facing functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Business Research, Application Development, or Technical Service is required
· Experience to work in complex project-based business environment, including EPC projects, being familiar with mutiply stages of engineering and process selection (pre-FEED, FEED, Licensing, EPC) and having understanding of key players in the industry. Experience of work in Gas Plant, Refinery, Ammonia Plant or Engineering Company is preferred)
· Fluency in English and Russian both written and spoken in a business environment is a must
· Solid interpersonal, networking, teamwork, communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
· Willingness to travel across CIS region up to 50% of the time.
· Strong Business acumen and professional level of computer literacy is a requirement
· Candidates must demonstrate high level of leadership and credibility and work independently
· Candidates are expected to understand the business indicators, external market factors, market demands, value chain, source of growth
· Candidates are also expected to define risk adjusted financial projections
