Менеджер по закупкам

Обязанности:
работа с партнерами, поставщиками


Efficient systematic interaction with franchising partners in CIS countries;

  • Joint formation of projects in the field of procurement and logistics, as well as control over their implementation;
  • Monitoring of the market of food and non-food products, as well as the market of logistics services;
  • Management of current suppliers: negotiations to improve commercial      terms, development of cooperation taking into account business growth,      fulfillment of key performance indicators and compliance with global requirements;
  • Preliminary evaluation and selection of potential suppliers taking into account the required level of quality standards and compliance with global requirements;
  • Conducting tenders;
  • Audit of contracts and control over the compliance of supplies in the   CIS countries with global and regional requirements (preparation of  suppliers and franchising partners for internal audits);
  • Supply risk management, search for alternative suppliers;

· Implementation of projects to automate data exchange with CIS franchise partners,

· Category management, launches of promotions; organization of input/output of ingredients/tests;

  • Building      a system of regular reporting and analysis of current activities;
  • Effective      cross-functional interaction with marketing, quality assurance departments      etc.;
  • Training      of SC function of franchising partners;
  • Proposals      for optimization of work processes;
  • Regular      business trips to the CIS countries.


Требования к опыту:
опыт работы в ритейле и FMCG

  • High economic or technical      education. Additional education in the field of procurement is a plus;
  • Experience in      international companies (large restaurant chains, retail);
  • Experience in procurement      - from 7 years;

· Knowledge of the economics of the enterprise and operational activities;

· Successful experience in negotiations, tenders;

· Experience in managing people, projects;

· Teamwork and stress resistance;

· Presentation skills;

· English level – from Up-Intermediate;

· Good communication skills, systematic approach, responsibility;

· Advanced PC user;

· Experience in logistics is a plus;

· Experience in the CIS markets is a plus;

· Knowledge of quality systems and food safety audits is a plus.
