Требования к опыту:
Good Degree in Business, HR, Organisation Development, or related area and/or related
experience
• At least 15 years of relevant experience
• Good written and communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and sensitive to cross cultural issues
• Ability to work independently or in teams as the situation requires, and be highly adaptable to work
in a diverse environment
• Strong drive for results and value creation focus
• Comfortable with data and data analytics, knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI is
an advantage
• Comfortable with doing live facilitation when necessary
• Experience in internal and external stakeholder communication and management and learning
management systems will be an advantage.
