Обязанности:
Generate and proactively drive deployment of deep category & human insights to drive consumer recruitment & sharpen the Ferrero portfolio & brand strategy to help build a portfolio of distinctive brands;
Serve as a strong thought partner to the Regional Marketing Manager, collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their unstated needs and identify the gaps that will help to sustain and drive growth for the business;
Own the overall development, prioritization and activation of the global portfolio learning plan to address knowledge gaps in support of consumer recruitment & growth goals;
Prioritize and drive initiatives that will recruit new consumers to the Ferrero portfolio including deep consumer understanding, competitive & category analysis, and evolved measurement;
Be a strategic partner in shaping future growth trajectory for the Ferrero business globally through human centricity and connecting dots across a variety of data sources to guide the future 3-5 years for the portfolio;

Требования к опыту:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Insights, Innovations & Analytics area, in an FMCG environment;
Strong business partnering mindset - able to act as a partner and expert to the business;
Good understanding of consumer and quality market research as well as passion for consumer centricity;
Understanding of different markets and cultures;
Great communication skills and ability to build trust and long-term business relationships;
Analytical mindset, fluent with Excel, Nielsen, GFK, etc., as well as the ability to point key insights and translate them into understandable conclusions and recommendations;
Fluent level of English;
Any other language is a plus.
