Brand Manager
Обязанности:
Develop short and long term marketing strategies for responsible category based on Company goals & local market situation
Develop brand communication strategies including creative development, adaptation and full marketing mix.
Continuously push brand innovation process in short and long terms horizon - new ideas development and international best practices implementation.
Develop, implement and control brand activity plans, lead the communication with related departments with brand activities planning and execution- coordination of the process & efficiency assessment.
Manage Marketing budget under supervision of Senior Brand manager and ensure its efficiency: planning, verification with Financial management, updating upon changes & tracking its efficiency.
Constantly monitor market development, consumption trends, the competitive scenarios, in order to identify new opportunities and anticipate new trends.
Support Trade Marketing and Category Management teams in brand strategy implementation. Support m
Требования к опыту:
Experience in the Brand Management / Consumer Marketing of the leading FMCG companies for at least 3 years.
Experience in managing strategy development, brand equity.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills together with the ability to think conceptually and creatively.
Team player with strong communicational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, targets’ oriented personality.
Ability to build effective cross-departmental communications, lead the processes and motivate people.
High energy and passion for winning in highly dynamic and competitive environment.
Fluent English.
