Business Development Manager (CE industry)
Обязанности:
• Proven record of successful work as KA manager or similar position, good expertise and relationships in CE industry in KZ Customers (Kaspi, Mechta, Alser and others)
• Working experience in CE industry. Experience working with following categories is a strong plus: Smartphone accessories (power & audio), iOT and Small Domestic Appliances;
• Spoken English at working level, Chinese will be a strong plus;
• Major in Sales or Marketing or Math/Engineering or related, bachelor’s degree or above;
• Extensive connections in the consumer electronics industry (smartphone, wearable, accessory, IoT, etc.) ;
• Be able to discover, understand and translate key customer needs/requests and pain points to leverage business growth;
•Strong communication and interpersonal, organizational skills; down-to-earth, teamwork, open spirit; fluent skill in essential office software.

• Develop regional business plan with key accounts in the KZ CE market by leveraging relationship and executing effective business plans;
• Plan & execute promotional plan and in-store activities to support business growth;
•Develop and establish relationships with key decision makers at KA level to expand ;
• Assist in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product, promotion, markteting&retail) for assigned account
• Prepare regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
•Carry out market research&insight, demand collection, competition analysis, and working closely with product and regional teams to improve local portfolio Competitiveness.
