HR Director (International Hotel Chain, 5*)

Responsibilities:

• Implement the human resources strategy;
• Workforce planning;
• Working with all aspects of human resources: compensation, benefits, leaves; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition; occupational health and safety; training and development; disputes and investigations;
• Talent & Culture budgeting;
• Analyze and review of reports and metrics from human resources information system;
• Involve in recruitment processes;
• Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with local employment laws;
• Assist with all employee events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Management experience;
• Knowledge of all aspects of HR operations;
• Fluent English, Russian speaker;
• Analytical, budgeting and forecasting abilities.
