
Pastry Chef (International hotel chain, 5*)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the pastry preparation shift and ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures;
- Developing, designing or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems or products, including artistic contributions;
- Compliance with the rules of preparation and storage of food;
- Compliance with procurement, acceptance and storage standards for food products;
- Support food and beverage portion control and waste control procedures;• Ensure proper handling and temperature of all food products.
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education will be an advantage;
- 4 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage or related professional fields;
