Senior Quality & Food Safety Manager

What You’ll Do for Us   

• Support the plant, operations, distribution and sales departments with the implementation and maintenance of Company's Quality requirements. Take responsibilities for initiating, implementing and monitoring Company's Quality requirements and ensure products, packages, ingredients, services and production facilities comply with the requirements, through directing the development and implementation of effective quality programs throughout the region.

• Conduct quality audits to plant, warehouse, distribution and marketplace, supplier, key partners within Region and monitor the effectiveness of quality programs to ensure compliance with the quality principles.

• Develop and maintain the necessary quality programs to minimize quality risks.

• Lead, develop and implement quality improvement activities throughout the value chain to protect product, package and trademark integrity, improve quality performance and solve troubleshoot

• Support supplier team.

• Evaluate business technical risks across the value chain processes.

• Support Environmental and safety team programs at the plants

Requirements

•  Bachelor Science, Food engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum: +12-year experience in QSE function in management roles in food, beverage.

• Excellent English and Russian writing and speaking
