Sales and Tendering Engineer pump equipment

The main task in this position is to execute sales of process equipment and spare parts for the Mining and Metals, Chemical industry, Mineral fertilizers, and General industry, project sales, 


Job responsibilities:

Responsibility for regional sales (focus on Kazakhstan and Central Asia), industrial customers - non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, mining and processing of minerals, chemical industry

• Communication and development of relationships with existing clients, searching and establishing contacts with new clients

• Planning and budgeting of product line sales growth 

• Preparation of commercial proposals for main equipment and spare parts

• Preparation of tender documentation for projects (including work with electronic tender platforms)

• Reviewing and approving supply contracts with customers 

• Registration of orders for the main process equipment and spare parts in the SAP system

• Coordination, control, and management of placed orders (timing control, communication with customers and factories, coordination with related departments - logistics, accounting, design department)

• Coordination of the technical documentation approval process between factories and Customers

• Making appropriate changes to technical and commercial documents in accordance with the customer’s comments

• Reporting of the ongoing activities and forecasting future sales

• Holding presentations, seminars/webinars, etc. for the customers (about the company's technological solutions)

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations


Requirements:

Higher technical degree 

• Work experience in engineering companies, design institutes, companies selling pump and compressor equipment > 3 years

High level of technical expertise in pumps/compressors/rotating equipment

Fluent English and Russian

• Readiness for business trips up to 30% of working time

• Strong personal and communication skills. Experience in presentations and public speaking, organization of product seminars

• Attentiveness, responsibility, independence, resistance to stress, perseverance, ability to work in multitasking mode with a large amount of information
