Assistant Brand Manager
Обязанности:
Crafting and managing the right marketing mix for each market (Proposition,
Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions)
• Assist the Cross-Functional Project Team for delivery of innovation projects in Unica
markets (Including R&D, SC, Finance, CMI)
• Assist product development and market roll-out for local production
• Assist in briefing and creating communication and brand campaigns in each
market (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies). Follow up on
campaign delivery and post evaluation.
• Lead monitoring and reporting in market performance

1-2 years of experience in marketing or marketing services
• Understands customers and shoppers.

• Has an experience in development and launch of consumer and shopper relevant
innovations and relaunches.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge on communication development, and media planning process
• Good with numbers (sales analysis, basic knowledge of P&L, budgeting)
• An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders and peers
(conversational and presentational)
• Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders – both internal and
external partners
• Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external
agencies
