HR Specialist
Обязанности:
• Organization of competent work in all areas of personnel records management: maintenance of personnel documentation for registration of employment, transfers, dismissals, sending employees on business trips, all types of vacations, medical certificate, etc.
• Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, making changes in them related to employment.
• Organization of storage of personnel documentation in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
• Maintenance of timesheet, military records.
• Issuance of certificates of current and past employment of employees for submission to other institutions.
Требования к опыту:
• Experience
- At least 3 years of HR experience related to FMCG industry factories
• Skills
- Negotiate as the organizational authority and established expert to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.
- Very good knowledge of 1C ЗУП, preferably knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
- Language: Russian, Kazakh and English (verbal and written communication skills) is compulsory
