Director of Rooms (International Hotel Chain, 5*)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the performance of the rooms division;
• Empowering the team;
• Budget, forecasts and P&L, handling CAPEX needs & projects;
• Oversee the operation and co-ordination of the operating departments ;
• Monitor and control labour expenses ;
• Deliver excellent customer service ;
• Set goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Minimum 3 years experience in senior Department Head position within the rooms division;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
• Fluent English, Russian speaker;
• Analytical, budgeting and forecasting abilities.
