Regional Finance Business Controller (European company - mining equipment manufacturer)

Responsibilities:

• Organization of a clear and effective planning process, cost planning and revenue-related control;
• Strategic support to the general management in creating an effective business;
• Leading the entire business controlling function across the region including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Armenia;
• Provide comprehensive commercial support to sales and marketing departments, especially in tender processes and investment analysis;
• To ensure that the future direction of the company's activities, expressed in strategies, goals and objectives, is reflected in the planning process;
• Initiate and launch projects on benchmarking and best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work in an identical/similar position;
• Extensive experience in accounting and finance in international companies;
• Knowledge of IFRS;
• English level - proficiency;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, Power BI, knowledge of ERP-system.
