Regional Finance Business Controller (European company - mining equipment manufacturer)
Responsibilities:
- Organization of a clear and effective planning process, cost planning and revenue-related control;
- Strategic support to the general management in creating an effective business;
- Leading the entire business controlling function across the region including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Armenia;
- Provide comprehensive commercial support to sales and marketing departments, especially in tender processes and investment analysis;
- To ensure that the future direction of the company's activities, expressed in strategies, goals and objectives, is reflected in the planning process;
- Initiate and launch projects on benchmarking and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work in an identical/similar position;
- Extensive experience in accounting and finance in international companies;
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- English level - proficiency;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, Power BI, knowledge of ERP-system.
