Head of alumni affairs (University - private educational institution)

Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-year program plan and budget;
• Maintain alumni database and track demographics;
• Organize events and networking opportunities;
• Plan national and international alumni reunions;
• Engage alumni in university events and volunteering;
• Provide updates through newsletters and social media;
• Coordinate benefits and services;
• Cultivate philanthropy among alumni;

Requirement:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications;
• Minimum five years experience in alumni relations;
• Strong communication skills;
• Proficient in English (Business Communication);
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus;
  

Conditions:

• Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan or Dushanbe, Tajikistan or Kazakhstan;
• Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00;
• 28 calendar days of labor leave;
• Medical insurance.
