PR&Media Manager
Обязанности:
TEAM
• Building collaborative and supportive relationships with 6 luxury beauty brands separated on different competitive teams;
• Building a strong relationships with HQ department teams based in 3 different Eurozone countries & 6 luxury beauty brands;
• Supporting relationships with CIS Republics teams (Caucasus and Central Asia);
• Managing 2 direct reports in local PR & Media team;
• Building collaborative and long term relationships with contracted Media and PR agency, it’s teams and management.
• Building productive relationships with 4 retailers Marketing and SMM departments.
Media
• Developing strong media strategy (TV, OOH, Digital, Print, Radio, etc.) for brands according to the local needs and global marketing plan and launches;
• Proving all the media proposals from local teams to HQ;
• Preparing and controlling media plan and budget for each brand;
• Preparation of the advertising modules and adaptation;
• Controlling and co-managing the all media campaigns with the agency;

Требования к опыту:
Requirements:
• Marketing degree preferable.
• 3+ years of successful experience on Marketing/Digital dept within International company;
• 2+ years of Media agency with international brands experience preferable;
• Deep understanding both of ATL and BTL;
• Strong media planning & budgeting skills.
• Events leadership experience and portfolio;
• Deep understanding of Digital and OOH placements, including Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;
• Experience on working with KZ bloggers and USC;
• Knowledge of Kz Media and Digital market and its trends;
• Networking base in Media and PR sphere in Kazakhstan market;
• Positive personal reputation on the market;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to work with strict guidelines and HQ restrictions;
• Ability to balance between priorities and burning deadlines of many teams at the same time;
• English at minimum Upper-Intermediate level;
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with beauty and luxury brands will be a plus.
