Regional Business Line Manager, Digital Solutions Division (European company - mining equipment manufacturer)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful implementation and customer support for Digital Solutions Portfolio;
• Meet the needs of customers and markets in the CA Region;
• Participate in the development and negotiation of tenders;
• Develop strategies for territorial management and market entry, as well as targeted plans for the development of digital solutions, including revenue and profitability targets;
• Be responsible for the budget, reporting, financial data analysis, cost optimization and staffing management of the CA Region;
• Lead the digital product pricing model and strategy.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in mining-related industries, with knowledge of software-related business models for mining industry segments;
• Experience in driving digital developments in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, Software, Technology, Automation);
• Experience in direct sales or commercial activities in the field of digital solutions is welcome;
• Bachelor's degree in Mining/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Mechanics or similar advantage;
• English level – proficiency.
