- Skilled in pricing, value selling, and TCO modelling
- Understanding of underground (and surface) mining workflows, safety standards, and productivity drivers
- Ability to align sales, service, logistics, and Divisions around electrification goals
- Comfortable driving transformation in a market transitioning from diesel to electric
Experience and background
- Experience in mining equipment, electrification, heavy machinery, or industrial technology
- Background in engineering, product management, technical sales, or application support
- Proven ability to work with customer in operational environments
- Experience in a Customer Center or similar commercial/technical organization is a strong advantage
- English not lower than upper intermediate
