Patient Journey Partner Ophthalmology
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a trusted partner and main point of contact between stakeholders and the Company, coordinating priorities, securing necessary resources, and driving timely,effective solutions.
- Working closely with patient journey partners to identify and remove barriers, enabling value-driven outcomes for patients and the wider community.
- Managing Company products throughout their lifecycle and supporting their appropriate use by communicating their value to healthcare professionals in a balanced and evidence-based way.
- Ensuring a positive and consistent experience for all partners when interacting with the Company’s people, products, and services.
Experience requirements:
- Mandatory higher medical education
- Experience working with the hospital sector
- Willingness to travel
