HR process manager (optimization/automotization)
Our client is a big international company, Consumer Electronics producer. One of the market leaders.
Responsibilities:
- interviews with centers of excellence in HR (Hr Admin, C&B, TA, TM, etc.);
- description of process ''as is'' and development of ''to be'';
- interaction with IT specialists to develop SAP HR and other apps.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- experience in HR as in-house or consulting project manager, process optimization manager, process analyst and so on;
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Conditions:
- work in a big international Consumer Electronics produces;
- interesting projects;
- commensurate salary and compensation package;
- hybrid format of work;
- office is located North-West.
