Head of legal
Responsibilities:
- managing a department (4-5 lawyers, assistants);
- defining legal strategy of Company;
- building trustful partnership with other departments;
- consulting GM, Commercial director and other top=managers on various business issues;
- managing legal support of Sales, Marketing, Production, back-office;
- reporting to region and HQ.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- over 10 years of experience as a lawyer;
- over 5 years of experience as a head of legal;
- fluent English;
- experience of support of production, sales,/nd marketing departments in FMCG, CE, HA of Pharma.
Conditions:
- commensurate salary and compensation package;
- annual bonus;
- corporate car or car allowance;
- hybrid work schedule (in office and at home) this autumn or later (for now - home office is preferable);
- office is situated North-West of Moscow.
