IT Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications for above Digital Initiatives;
- Conceptualization & implementation of Business Solutions leveraging Digital Technology platforms to meet business requirements;
- Conceptualization and implementation of new business models using Digital Technologies;
- Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Benefit Realization.
Requirements: - Higher IT education;
- At least 4 years of working experience as IT Manager or Project Manager;
- Hands-on experience on 1C, SAP, Learning, Collaboration & Employee engagement platforms and processes will be an added advantage;
- Experience in Application architecture and integration techniques;
- Business Requirements gathering ,process detailing and scope definition for all cross-functional projects;
- English at least advanced level;
- Work experience in SAP Business One, Business Process Reengineering.
