Site's Maintenance Manager (International company, production of industrial gases)
Responsibilities :
- Execute the first line corrective maintenance;
- Develop, implement and execute the preventive maintenance plans + spare part recommendations, procedures;
- Improve the installation reliability and availability wherever possible or required;
- Manage and implement the 5-year maintenance activities plans/cost forecast;
- Forecast and control of the yearly maintenance budget;
- Use and manage locally the maintenance management information system Maximo;
- Manage the technical documentation system;
- Manage existing local maintenance services contracts.
Requirements:
- 5-10-years experience in maintenance management and/or maintenance engineering, preferably in process industry;
- Experience in maintenance of centrifugal and piston compressors, furnaces, pressure equipment;
- Contracting and procurement;
- Cost control, budget follow-up, investment calculations.
Conditions:
- Location: Atyrau city;
- Employment in the staff of a foreign company;
- Full-time, 5/2.
