Обязанности
Oversee all aspects of the company's geology and exploration programs
- Manage a team of geologists and provide technical guidance and support
- Plan and execute geological surveys and exploration programs
- Analyze and interpret geological data, and use this information to make recommendations to senior management
- Grade control
- Ensure that exploration programs comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry organizations, and community groups
- Provide technical support to other departments, such as mining and processing, to optimize production
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize exploration costs while maximizing the discovery of new mineral resources
- Participate in the development of long-term exploration plans and budgets
