Production Manager (International company, food production)
Responsibilities:
- To meet production goals, optimize resources, execute efficient plans, monitor energy use, and achieve KPIs;
- Develop maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and structures;
- Enhance line performance through proactive maintenance and innovative issue resolution;
- Plan investments for new machinery and explore growth opportunities;
- Strategize workforce size for production and distribution standards;
- Cultivate a safety culture through program management;
- Develop the team through training and coaching for career growth;
- Drive operational excellence and projects for improved supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- University Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics Engineering);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production field - in managerial roles;
- Advanced level of English;
- Willing to relocate to Astana;
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
